Our Helpdesk gives you the opportunity to request remote support from our engineer. The advantage to our customers is reduced cost fast turn around.
The Helpdesk is secure and reliable. You remain in control at all times and there is no complicated adjustments to your broadband modem or reduced security settings needed.
The Helpdesk is available as a free addition to our support customers and on a pay-per session basis to all other customers.
