Located 2km East of Tinto Hill, this weather station has been collecting data continuously since the late summer of 2006.
The station is equipped with a Davis Vantage Vue, plus data logger. This includes a rain gauge, hygrometer, anemometer and wind direction sensor.
In 2007 a web cam was added to the station. The web cam captures snapshots every 30 seconds to build a time lapse video and also uploads a still-image every 5 minutes. In early 2010 the webcam was upgraded to a network attached IP camera, externally mounted to the rear of the property.
